Removable Convictions Learning Byte
Applicants now have greater control over the disclosure information shared about them. If eligible, they can apply to have certain convictions and other information removed from their disclosure record.
This may include relevant spent convictions, childhood convictions, and other information that no longer needs to be disclosed.
