Volunteer Scotland AGM and Net Zero in Volunteering Event

You are invited to join us at our 39th Annual General Meeting and Net Zero in Volunteering Event on 23rd November.

Volunteering plays a crucial role in driving change, influencing policy, raising awareness on a broader scale, and promoting sustainable practices. At this event we’ll discuss how volunteering can support our Net Zero ambition of a reduction of more than half of our impact on the environment in just seven years, as well as the next step actions we can all take.

We are delighted that Cabinet Secretary for Social Justice, Shirley-Anne Somerville MSP will be joining us to discuss the Scottish Governments commitment to volunteering and the Volunteering Action Plan. Also in attendance and presenting will be internationally renowned speaker, Martin J Cowling. He will be running an interactive session exploring Net Zero in Volunteering, see Martin’s bio here
