Join us at The Gathering 2023 for 'Be part of the change: Scotland's Volunteering Action Plan'
Organised by SCVO, the Gathering is the largest free voluntary sector event in the UK. It's a place for all the amazing people working in the sector to network, showcase what they do and learn from each other. The Gathering 2023 will take place on 7th and 8th November at the EICC in Edinburgh.

We’re excited to announce that Volunteer Scotland will be hosting a workshop this year around the Volunteering Action Plan. Spaces are limited, so book quick!
Event Title: ‘Be part of the change: Scotland’s Volunteering Action Plan’

Event Summary: In this interactive session, we’ll hear from those that have introduced Scotland’s Volunteering Action Plan into their work. Through interactive tools and workshop discussion we’ll show how you can do this for your group, organisation and community. We’ll bring the Plan to life for participants in the room. We’ll also recap on the first 18 months of the Volunteering Action Plan (it was launched at the last Gathering in 2022) – highlighting the achievements so far as well as showing how the Plan has adapted to the Cost of Living Crisis and other emerging needs.
