Disclosure Scotland Code of Practice Survey

The implementation of the Disclosure (Scotland) Act will mean a new Code of Practice for the disclosure process. We would like to invite you to take part in a quick Disclosure Scotland survey on the current code and how it is used. Tell us how you use the Code and you could help influence future customer guidance and support.

It’s a quick survey on areas such as how often you use the Code of Practice and what your preferred format going forward would be. There are a few open text boxes to let us know in your own words, so please tell us as much as you are comfortable with.

The survey should only take five minutes to complete and is open until Thursday 30th November 2023.
