Contribute to the conference

We’d love to invite you to showcase your organisation, project or volunteering initiative at the Volunteering Action Plan Conference: Bridging the Participation Gap by submitting a digital poster.

This year’s conference brings together Scotland’s volunteering community to explore how volunteering can become more inclusive, safe and accessible for everyone. Through fresh thinking, practical learning and collective action, delegates will examine themes including inclusive pathways into volunteering, volunteer safety, youth engagement, governance and the future of volunteer management.

Submitting a digital poster is a great opportunity to share your experiences, celebrate successes, highlight innovative practice, and contribute to the wider conversation about strengthening and diversifying participation in volunteering across Scotland. Your work will be seen by volunteer-involving organisations, sector leaders, policymakers and other delegates attending the conference.

Digital posters will be displayed on a continuous loop throughout the day in a prominent networking area, giving delegates plenty of opportunities to view and discuss your work. You do not need to attend the conference to submit a poster, although we would be delighted for you to join us either in person or online.

Please note: The conference is currently fully booked, but you can join the waitlist here to be notified if tickets become available.
