  • ICS (International Citizen Service) is a UK government-funded programme providing volunteer international development placements in more than 20 countries worldwide to 18-25-year-olds. 
  • European Voluntary Service (EVS) gives young people the opportunity to express their personal commitment through full-time voluntary work in a foreign country within or outside the EU
  • The United Nations Volunteer Programme is the UN programme that supports human development globally by promoting volunteerism and by mobilizing volunteers.
  • Challenges Worldwide offers a range of opportunities for business experts to use their skills and experience to contribute to private sector development across the world.
  • InterVol is an international volunteering charity in the United Kingdom that offers students the opportunity to volunteer with ethical organisations overseas on poverty reduction, education and conservation programmes. 
  • The Alliance is the Scotland's International Development Alliance  is a network of 52 Scotland-based organisations which promotes the exchange of experience, ideas and information for more effective working in International Development.

  • IVS, International Voluntary Service is the oldest International Volunteering organisation in the UK, based in Edinburgh and their Programme Manager is the Ecorys Ambassador for Scotland
