Trusted person/board or committee member – you are completing this application request for the Lead Signatory and will receive their disclosure results. 

The disclosure result will confirm if the Lead Signatory is not barred from or under consideration of listing for the regulated role group which they applied for within the organisation and also any conviction/other relevant information for the lead person.
