Jubilee House is a modern refurbished listed building in the heart of Stirling.
Owned and managed by Volunteer Scotland, Jubilee House is a two-floor building, with full lift access, located in The Barracks Hub in Forthside, Stirling.
Jubilee House offers great access whether on foot, by public transport or by car. Situated close to the public parking facilities at Forthside Way carpark which is located at the rear of the building (next to the Vue Cinema) with over 500 available spaces at a reasonable daily charge rate. Electric car connections are also available in this carpark. We also offer disabled car parking spaces should these be required for any tenants, staff or visitors to our building.
Overall, we offer a professional and friendly service at competitive rates for the area.
Desk Space
Following the recent departure of tenants from Jubilee House, we now have available space for either short-term or long-term leases.
On our first floor, the available space offers up to 7 desk spaces within a bright, open-plan office environment—ideal for small teams, project groups, or satellite offices.

Desk space available on first floor:
Room/Meeting Space
We have three modern meeting rooms available to hire by the hour, for full or half day sessions or as block bookings. The rooms are available for booking between 9.00am and 5.00pm, Monday to Thursday.
Catering can also be made available at an additional cost. We can provide a variety of options dependent upon needs, from teas/coffees to lunch and anything else requested to ensure your catering requirements are met. Prices will vary based upon room choice and any additional booking requests. More details, including photos of each of the rooms, are available below.
Blairdenon and Glentye
Both situated on the ground floor of Jubilee House and seat a maximum of 8 people each. Both rooms have small TV’s with HDMI connectivity to your own device. A web cam can also be provided upon request.
Ben Cleuch
Situated on the first floor of Jubilee House (lift access available). This room can seat a maximum of 35 people theatre style. Boardroom style will accommodate up to 16. Additional room set ups include U-Shape, Classroom and Auditorium.
A large 86-inch display with HDMI connectivity is available to connect to your own device. Web cam and speakerphone are also available for video calls if requested. The room is fitted with a hearing loop and can be used as required.
Atrium
Situated on the ground floor, the atrium offers a great space to host your lunch between the hours of 12pm-2pm with the maximum capacity of 35. The space also has a small TV with HDMI connectivity available to link to your own device.
