Jessica Lightfoot

Jess is a Learning and Practice Development Officer at Volunteer Scotland, delivering face-to-face and online training, and is an Investing in Volunteers Assessor. Jess has previously worked at the British Red Cross and the National Trust in London, supporting volunteer managers to ensure a consistent, high quality volunteering experience. Jess has been involved in a variety of fields including local sport and community organisations, and currently volunteers with Scottish Refugee Council and Sparta Trampoline Club.
